Alpine Red #3

A mélange of varietals, a little different each batch! As always, it is hard to put your finger on what it is composed of. We’ll reveal a few secrets though: #3’s extra heavy dose of petite sirah donates blackberry and cassis notes, while its lighter red components contribute an acid-driven backbone and a zing of cranberry. Merlot, as usual, fills in the holes, and fills out this blend masterfully.
