2021 Almost Famous Sparkling Gruner Veltliner

This wine was made in the same method as traditional Champagne from France. 

100% Grüner Veltliner, and grown in a single vineyard site near the Pacific Ocean. The finest sparkling wines of Vienna have been made from Grüner for centuries, and winemaker Julian Halasz’s family have cultivated it for generations.

Classic and refined aromatics suggest lemon zest and orange blossom. On the palate, this vintage offers distinctive character, with notes of jicama, lime, and brioche, underscored by pronounced minerality. The acidity is high and vibrant, lending a crisp, mouth-tingling finish that complements the creamy mousse of bubbles.
